Calcify AI is an AP Calculus AB exam preparation application developed and operated by Egor Naumenko. You can contact us at support@calcifyai.app.
Account information: When you register, we collect your full name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Email verification data: To verify your email address, we temporarily store a 6-digit verification code and its expiry time. This is deleted immediately after verification is complete.
Password reset data: If you request a password reset, we temporarily store a 6-digit reset code and its expiry time. This is deleted after your password is changed.
Usage data: We collect data about your quiz attempts, scores, and study activity to power your personal performance dashboard. This data is stored on our servers and is not shared with third parties.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers.
Device information: We may collect basic device information (operating system version, app version) for debugging purposes only.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
We send emails only for the following reasons:
We do not send marketing emails or newsletters. All transactional emails are sent via Resend (resend.com) from noreply@calcifyai.app.
When you request an explanation from the AI tutor, your question content is sent to Anthropic, Inc. for processing. We do not send your name, email address, or account information to Anthropic — only the question text and your selected answer.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Verification and reset codes are deleted immediately after use or expiry (15 minutes). You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@calcifyai.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Calcify AI is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at support@calcifyai.app and we will delete the account immediately.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted HTTPS connections, bcrypt password hashing, JWT-based authentication with 30-day expiry, and temporary code-based verification that expires in 15 minutes. Our servers are hosted on Railway in the United States.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
