By downloading, installing, or using Calcify AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of service

Calcify AI provides AP Calculus AB exam preparation content including practice questions, practice exams, performance analytics, and AI-powered explanations. The service is intended for educational purposes only.

Account registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription and billing

• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features
• After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the app
• Monthly plan: $6.99/month, billed monthly
• Academic Year plan: $44.99 one-time payment
• Payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your Profile tab

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the question bank or app content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the API
• Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation

Educational content disclaimer

Calcify AI's question bank and AI explanations are designed to aid study but do not guarantee any particular score on the AP Calculus AB exam. The College Board does not endorse or affiliate with Calcify AI. AP and Advanced Placement are trademarks of the College Board.

AI-generated content

Explanations from the AI tutor are generated by Anthropic's Claude model. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated explanations may occasionally contain errors. Always verify important mathematical concepts with your teacher or textbook.

Intellectual property

All content within Calcify AI — including questions, explanations, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of Calcify AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@calcifyai.app.

Limitation of liability

Calcify AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
